Redo the printed Booke title page.

Put a big title in English Towne, the official Havoc font.
Add a title for each volume, and also print the subtitle on the cover.
Add the buzzard, too. On A5, we now need to split the title page across two
physical pages. This looks OK to me.

Revert Havoc font change. Doesn't work on build machine.
...
I presume this is down to the much older version of XeLatex on the
build machine. Too late and almost certainly too fiddly to fix right now.

Use Havoc font for the title.

Also change the general font size to 12pt. I think it's a bit nicer.

Add a A4 portrait book with multiple tunes per page.
...
Also add a script to make all variants of a single book, and
look for <tune name>.tex files, and if one exists add it after the tune.
