Jim Hague 6c091c1470 Modify Change tune handling. 
Change all change notes to reference the filename of the tune to change to.

Modify web and document generators to pull the change note out of the abc
and generate an appropiate bit of content. This is now, in both cases,
a hyperlink.

In the process, remove the tune-specific .tex facility. It wasn't being
used.

I could really do with a proper templating system, and using some sort
of templating in the LaTeX generation.

Jim Hague 2dfc0109f5 Change background bitmap base colour to 9900cc. 
This matches the set body background colour, shown if the image is not
available. The image was generated as before.

Jim Hague f2b96eb19b Replace background image with GIMP generated purple cloth bitmap. 
The old image had joins when it repeated. RReplace with a bitmap
of colour 8000ba with GIMP Aristic/Clothify filter applied with
Blur X/Y 20 and depth 1.

Jim Hague d3a940e7eb Tweak web banner. 
Move text to 5px margin, which combined with the 5px margin specified
in the banner CSS gives a 10px margin for text, matching the content.

Give buzzard more of a vertical margin.

Jim Hague b46aa19389 Redo the banner bitmap. 
The previous bitmap had green tinges around the main wording. And I wanted
to have 'Cry Havoc Botley Morris' around the buzzard.

Also add the Inkscape SVG used to generate the banner bitmap.

Jim Hague 36bd2926b5 Make transposed tunes use the original audio. 
The aim of MIDI and MP3 is to allow the user to hear what a tune sounds
like. For transposed bookes, I think this should be reused from the main
booke page, because hearing it at the transposed pitch isn't a major help.

And in fact given the way cello transposition is done, the sound won't
be transposed anyway. And Jane hasn't complained.

This will speed up building the bookes by removing audio generation,
the slowest process, from the transposed bookes.

Jim Hague f4a3ff6fd8 Force Horn in F output to be in treble clef. 
Some lower tunes with the odd high note ended up in bass clef. This crap horn
player doesn't do bass clef.

Jim Hague 3a567e0637 Fix up problems in Horn in F transposition. 
1. Ensure makeWeb.sh gets its second parameter quoted, to allow for spaces in it.
2. Don't forget to copy the component text items into the horn dir.
3. Fix removing transposition tag from page title.

Jim Hague b5ce2d9d39 Add 'clef=bass' into the converted output. 
This doesn't affect output from abcm2ps, which assumes bass clef for a middle=D,
but I like the idea of being more explicit.

Jim Hague fe70fde017 Revert Havoc font change. Doesn't work on build machine. 
I presume this is down to the much older version of XeLatex on the
build machine. Too late and almost certainly too fiddly to fix right now.
