Both the above were a little too tall, flowing over the Issue/Page no.

Looking at Audrey's scan, realise Midsummer Waltz stops miles to early.
I had transcribed it correct, but left a blank line between A tune and B tune.
abcm2ps stop the tune at that blank line...
